Do plan credits expire?
Plan credits arrive every month (yearly plans too), last for that month and are used first. Packs and free credits never expire.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in Credits & top-up → Manage subscription & invoices; you keep this period's credits and won't be charged again.
Need an invoice or bank transfer?
Subscription invoices are under Credits & top-up → Manage subscription & invoices; Stripe emails a receipt for credit packs to the address you paid with. For a formal invoice or bank transfer, email us.
