插件做什么

Kolect Creator Helper 是 Kolect（app.kolect.ai）的 Chrome 插件。它只在 TikTok、Instagram、YouTube 的达人主页上工作（例如 www.tiktok.com/@账号、www.instagram.com/账号、www.youtube.com/@频道）：在你打开插件面板时，读取当前页面上公开显示的达人数据，帮你查看、找相似达人、保存到你的 Kolect 账号的合集里。

读取哪些数据

达人主页上公开显示的内容：达人账号名、昵称、粉丝数（YouTube 为订阅数）、关注数、获赞数、帖子或视频数、简介文字、页面上已显示的作品的播放量和话题标签。只在你打开面板时读取，只读当前这一页，不翻页、不自动滚动。
Kolect 的登录状态：插件使用 Kolect 的登录服务（Clerk）同步你在 app.kolect.ai 的登录，以便用你自己的账号和额度找相似、查看邮箱、收藏。插件只读取 Kolect 自己的登录信息，不读取其他网站的 cookie。

哪些数据会发送到 Kolect

你点「保存」并选择合集时：达人的平台、账号名、昵称，以及当时读到的公开数字（粉丝、获赞、帖子或视频数、播放中位数）和读取时间，保存到你自己的 Kolect 账号和你选的合集里，只有你自己能看到。没有选合集时保存到「默认合集」。简介里的邮箱不会发送或保存。
你使用「找相似」时：当前达人的平台和账号名，或你选择的标签，以及你选的地区和粉丝量范围，发送到 Kolect 用来搜索。结果和扣费规则与 Kolect 网站相同。
你在找相似结果里查看邮箱或点「下载 CSV」时：向 Kolect 请求这些达人的公开联系邮箱。CSV 文件在你的浏览器里生成并下载到你的电脑，不在 Kolect 服务器上保存。下载 CSV 需要登录。
其他情况下，页面上读到的数据只在你的浏览器里计算和显示，不会上传。

存在你电脑上的数据

插件在你的浏览器里保存：面板是悬浮还是固定在右边、面板的位置和大小、你保存过的达人账号名和所在合集名（用来在名字旁的 K 上显示小勾），以及 Kolect 登录服务需要的登录信息。卸载插件时这些数据会被 Chrome 一并删除。

我们不做的事

不出售、不出租、不分享你的数据给第三方，不用于广告。
不记录你的浏览历史；插件只在 TikTok、Instagram、YouTube 的达人主页上显示面板，不在其他网站上运行。
不读取 TikTok、Instagram、YouTube 的登录信息、私信或任何需要登录才能看到的内容。

删除数据

在 app.kolect.ai 的收藏页可以随时删除插件保存的达人。需要删除账号或有其他隐私问题，请通过 Kolect 联系表单联系我们。

What the extension does

Kolect Creator Helper is the Chrome extension for Kolect (app.kolect.ai). It only works on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creator profile pages (for example www.tiktok.com/@handle, www.instagram.com/handle, www.youtube.com/@channel). When you open its panel, it reads the creator information publicly shown on that page so you can review it, find similar creators and save the creator to a collection in your Kolect account.

Data the extension reads

Public content on the profile page: handle, display name, follower (subscriber on YouTube), following, like and post or video counts, bio text, and the view counts and hashtags of the posts already shown on the page. It reads only the current page, only when you open the panel, and never scrolls or loads more pages.
Your Kolect sign-in: the extension uses Kolect's sign-in provider (Clerk) to pick up your sign-in from app.kolect.ai, so searches, emails and favorites use your own account and credits. It reads only Kolect's own sign-in data, never cookies from other websites.

Data sent to Kolect

When you click “Save” and pick a collection: the creator's platform, handle, display name, the public numbers read at that moment (followers, likes, posts or videos, median views) and the time they were read are saved to your own Kolect account in the collection you chose (the “Default collection” if you don't choose one), visible only to you. Emails found in a bio are never sent or stored.
When you use “Find similar”: the creator's platform and handle, or the tags you choose, plus the region and follower range you pick, are sent to Kolect to run the search, with the same results and credit rules as the Kolect website.
When you view an email or click “Download CSV” in the results: the extension asks Kolect for those creators' public contact emails. The CSV file is created in your browser and downloaded to your computer; it is not stored on Kolect's servers. Downloading CSV requires signing in.
Otherwise, data read from the page is processed and shown only in your browser and is not uploaded.

Data stored on your computer

In your browser the extension stores: whether the panel floats or is pinned, its position and size, the handles you saved and the collection names they are in (to show a check mark on the K badge), and the sign-in data Kolect's sign-in provider needs. Chrome removes this data when you uninstall the extension.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties, and don't use it for advertising.
We don't track your browsing history. The extension only shows its panel on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creator profile pages and does not run on other websites.
We don't read your TikTok, Instagram or YouTube sign-in, messages or any content that requires signing in to those sites.

Deleting your data

You can delete creators saved with the extension from your Favorites page on app.kolect.ai at any time. To delete your account or ask a privacy question, contact us through the Kolect contact form.
